Nature adds a whole new layer to the experience—fresh air, natural sounds, and grounding energy. It’s a beautiful way to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the earth. 

Not at all! All levels are welcome. Each class is designed with modifications and options so everyone can participate comfortably. A consultation questionnaire is sent out ahead of time to help with any need to know information.

We offer classes at a variety of locations from indoors to beautiful natural settings—along rivers, in parks, or on private land. Location details will be provided in  class details as well as upon booking or scheduling after consultation questions. 

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and dress in layers if the weather might change. Outdoor yoga often means uneven terrain, so barefoot or grippy footwear options are your choice. 

Sunglasses, Water bottle, Bug Spray, Sunscreen. 

Depending on group size, Evergreen Outfitting will provide the basic gear! (mat & props) 

All yogi's are welcome to bring any specifics you enjoy - yoga mat, water bottle, props (like blocks or a strap). A towel or blanket can also be useful for extra padding or warmth.  

Bookings may be rescheduled, moved to a covered area, or canceled depending on the weather. We will always notify you via text/email in advance. 

Depending on the location, amenities may vary. We’ll let you know what to expect when you sign up.  

Friends are always welcome—booking together in small groups is a great way to share the experience! 

As for children, it depends on their age and ability to participate safely. I’m currently working toward my children's yoga certification, with plans to offer dedicated kids' options starting in 2026. Stay tuned for family-friendly sessions next season!
