Evergreen Outfitting is a veteran owned business centrally located in Royalton MN. Our small business consists of Benjamin (the founder and main contact) and Eric Altena (Fisheries biologist / Bass guide). Found on the beautiful Platte River, we offer kayak and canoe trip rentals as well as many guided fishing trips.
Our main goal of starting this adventure was to share our love and passion of the outdoors; and hopefully some knowledge. Overall Evergreen Outfitting is a way we can share some of our knowledge while getting to do something we love. Being able to see the excitement in a young kids face when they catch their first fish, or any fish is an unexplainable feeling. Even as adults we still harbor that same excitement whether its catching a new personal best or learning a new trick of the trade. Teaching a person to fish is a gift that last a lifetime and we are fortunate to be able to share in that excitement.
