Rooted in Central Minnesota, I create welcoming yoga experiences that invite you to slow down, find your breath, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

My love of movement began with gymnastics and eventually led me to yoga nearly a decade ago. What started as a physical practice became something more—a way to reset, reflect, and return to center.

 I teach yoga in a variety of settings, from traditional mat-based classes to chair yoga through local Community Education. I love creating approachable experiences that meet people where they are, whether they’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. 

Whether we’re practicing indoors, beside the water, on a trail, from a chair, or among the pumpkins, my goal is simple: create an approachable space to move, breathe, and be present.
